Hi. My name is Mike Fotis and I am a comedian and Co-Director of an Improv School. I also love to cook. The problem is, I am absolutely no good at it. I have no training. I have no patience. And I most certainly lack the tools necessary to prepare and cook food in a manner that most people would consider proper or "safe". Most cooking websites are geared towards people who not only love to cook but aim to get better. Well, the last time I checked, getting better takes effort and I have no interest in that. Therefore, this site contains tutorials on things like, "what is a grocery store? " as well as many, many recipes with many many flaws. Use these recipes if you like. I think you'll like it.
